Refund Policy

Important: All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. Each item is produced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

All ZippyPros merchandise is custom printed on-demand. When you place an order, your items are individually created just for you. This means:

  • Each product is made to order with your specific selections
  • Items cannot be resold or returned to inventory
  • Production begins immediately after order confirmation

Exceptions

While all sales are final, we will work with you in the following rare circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the error and send the correct item.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and tracking shows it was not delivered, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Before You Order

To ensure satisfaction with your purchase, please:

  • Review the size chart carefully before selecting a size
  • Double-check your color selection
  • Verify your shipping address is correct
  • Review your entire order before completing checkout

Order Cancellation

Due to the immediate nature of our production process, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you realize you made an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
